I’ve always had a thing for building tools that make work easier.

Back in high school, I was a teacher’s assistant who couldn’t help but organize things. I ended up creating a simple system that helped streamline classroom routines and cut down on confusion. I didn’t know it at the time, but that instinct to take chaos and turn it into clarity would eventually shape my entire career.

Years later, I worked in medical management, where the need for structure was constant and the systems were lacking. New hires were trained through word of mouth, policies were scattered across binders, and everyone was just trying to keep up. So I built a custom digital training platform from scratch. It was searchable, easy to update, and matched the way our office actually worked. It saved us hours every week and made onboarding smoother across the board.

That’s when I realized I didn’t just enjoy building systems. I was really good at it.
